The Group Supervisor will oversee day-to-day program responsibilities on national accounts. Our business spans the consumer landscape, including healthcare, food & beverage, beauty & fitness and pet-care, as well as issues & advocacy work for associations, non-profits and public sector agencies. The Group Supervisor must be innovative, energetic and proactive with an intimate understanding of zcomm accounts, business, services, clients, partners and changes in the industry. Candidate must be able to manage projects from start to finish while leading, evaluating and editing the work of team members. Must be a skilled copy and proposal writer, understand video production and its vital role in integrated services, and excel at media outreach, press material development, social media integration and quality control.

Requirements • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related agency experience. • Experience with successfully managing projects from start to finish. • Ability to expand business and mentor and manage junior staff. • Must be passionate about the industry. • Excellent writing and editing. • Demonstrated experience pitching the media. • Solid grasp of all basic PR tools and how they’re used to benefit the client is required. • Proficiency in proposal writing and use of digital programs, social media, blogs, audio and video editing software such as Final Cut Pro. • Some travel is required.
