Qualifications:
- Savvy communications professional with at least 5 years of experience in communications and public relations.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong grammatical aptitude and expert editing skills.
- Excellent creative writing skills to create impactful communications across a multiple of market segments.
- Ability to develop powerful press releases, public announcements, speeches, articles and other written communications.
- Understanding of best practices in social media and the ability to apply these practices to virally increase distribution of our messages.
- Excellent communication skills - able to interface across the organization to define projects & access data required to complete projects in a high speed environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be self motivated and handle numerous projects simultaneously; with a great attention to detail, operates with urgency, focus and discipline.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to pitch trends or findings to the media.
- Strong team-building and relationship management experience.
- Experience in managing community service-related activities and ability to leverage those initiatives to create public relations opportunities for the company.
- Knowledge of the HR industry and related practices, a plus.
- BA in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
