HS Customer Service is seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic individual for the position of Business Analyst. This position will involve activities associated with winning new business as well as maintaining our current market share in existing business.
Job Description
Working together with OE Business units, candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining aftermarket business case(s) for new business programs, e.g., 737MAX, A320NEO, and 777x.
Assist in determining specific platform / product aftermarket value for purposes of JVs, partnerships, and other off-load and license agreements.
Work with other Customer Service organizations (CARE, World Wide Repair, Aftermarket Program Management) to assess / track customer cost of ownership and provide support on campaigns, mods/retrofits. Maintain market place data on HS market share, competition, and demand trends.
Work with Service Engineering / CRC to understand product reliability and how to best utilize in marketing models
Location can either be Rockford, IL or Windsor Locks,CT.
Successful candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills are required, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Travel approximately 10-20%.

BS Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering
Preferred Education:
MS Marketing , Economics, or MBA, with coursework in Statistics.
5-7 years aftermarket experience. Thorough understanding of pricing, reliability concepts, market research, and commercial aerospace market. Experience with and knowledge of Hamilton Sundstrand product lines is a definite plus. Advanced Excel, including VBA programming, and / or SAS programming is a plus.
Solid understanding of ACE tools
