Generate revenue for FrontLine Marketing through the sale of merchandising and advertising vehicles in-store. Develop strategies to meet client needs and build activation among as many brands and categories as possible within assigned account list. Drive acceptance of FrontLine Marketing products among high level marketing and media decision makers with a defined list of national CPG clients.
Responsibilities: •Delivers short term and annual sales goals while maintaining profitable pricing. •Confers with sales management to forecast and plan personal sales and strategize the plan to achieve it. •Develops new business while retaining large scale spenders year to year. •Evaluates the market position of competing products, services and organization and their marketing and sales techniques. •Meet internal deadlines and communicate in writing all activity, progress and expected revenue on a regular basis. •Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. •Solid experience with non-traditional / OOH media. •Proven success selling 3rd party services to key CPG clients. •Experience with managing difficult selling situations. •Respond promptly to customer needs, concerns or requests for service, and internal requests. •Ability to develop and communicate solution based sales presentations. •Exhibit skill and tenacity to overcome objections and search for decision makers. •Ability to foster long term, renewable agreements at profitable pricing.
